Bruce Allen Millard of Jersey City, N.J. and formerly of Annandale VA passed away on May 25, 2013. Bruce was born on November 20, 1952 in Germany where his father was stationed, graduated from Annandale High School (1971), earned a degree from Pace University in Economics and a Masters Degree from Pratt Institute in Library Science and Information.  He was Head Librarian for a number of years at New York Country Law Library.  Bruce was preceded in death by his father and his older brother Stephen E. Millard.  He is survived by his mother of Annandale, VA
