Mary passed away after a prolonged illness (COPD and MRSA). She is survived by her husband John, children Chris, John, and Jennifer, 3 grandchildren, her mother, 3 sisters and 1 brother. Donations in her memory can be made to the Ox Hill Baptist Church Building Fund, 4101 Elmwood St. Chantilly VA 20151.
Mary Ann and I were friends throughout high school. She was a loyal friend. We kept in touch on and off, but always had fun catching up. I went to her funeral and saw how much she was loved by her friends, family and church. I will miss her.
